The lace is lovely and the lining underneath makes it feel much better quality than expected.

Brought it on the Amalfi coast and it was perfect for dinner. Light, elegant and easy to move in.

i almost did not order because ivory lace felt risky, and i am so glad i did. It is far more wearable than i expected. i have now worn it to a birthday dinner, a christening and two holiday evenings, and it looked appropriate at all of them.

off shoulder usually slides straight down on me but this one genuinely stayed put all evening.

Three things worth knowing. It runs slightly snug through the bodice so size up if in doubt. The length assumes a small heel unless you are tall. And it will need a steam when it arrives. None of that stopped it becoming my favourite dress.

If you are hovering over the buy button like I was, the things that made it worth it for me were the internal boning and the double lining. Those two details are what stop it feeling like a cheap lace dress and make it look far pricier than it is.
