HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please ensure that your items meet the Returns Conditions below before shipping.

Return shipping is at your cost and non-refundable.


RETURN OPTIONS

Full Priced Items

Full priced items can be returned for:

  • A full refund, or

  • Store credit

Final Sale & Sample Items

Final sale and sample items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The item is faulty, or

  • Your order was fulfilled incorrectly

Lingerie & Swimwear

Can be returned for a full refund or store credit only if unworn and with all sanitary liners intact.
Due to hygiene reasons, any sign of wear, soiling, or damage will result in the return being denied and the items sent back to you.


RETURNS CONDITIONS*

To be eligible for a return:

โœ”๏ธ Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
โœ”๏ธ Items must be in original condition, unworn and unused
โœ”๏ธ All original tags and sanitary labels must still be attached
โœ”๏ธ Returned products must be in original packaging

We do not accept returns of:

  • Earrings

  • Hats

  • Hair bands

  • Headwear

  • Beauty products

Once your return is received, all items are inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

ANGEL LANE CLOTHING reserves the right to deny a return if items are:

  • Returned worn, used, or soiled

  • Damaged in any way

  • Carrying excessive perfume, deodorant, or hair on the fabric

If a return is denied, the item will be sent back to you and youโ€™ll be notified by email.


RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

If you were sent the wrong product or a faulty item, contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

Once the incorrect or faulty item is returned, we will send the correct item or issue a refund.


REFUNDS

  • No restocking fees ever apply.

  • Please allow 2 business days from the date your return is received for a refund to be processed.

  • During peak and holiday periods, please allow up to 5 business days.

Weโ€™ll email you once your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, such as:

  • Credit/debit card

  • PayPal

  • AfterPay

  • Klarna

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
