Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 3–7 business days. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Express International orders are shipped via premium courier services such as DHL or equivalent carriers.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Signatures may be required upon delivery.

PO Box addresses are not accepted for Express Shipping. If a PO Box address is entered, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address before dispatch.
